📋 Delivery Requirements

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear access path to installation location
  • Ensure adequate electrical supply is available
  • Remove old equipment (disposal service available for additional fee)
  • Be present during delivery and installation
  • Provide safe working environment for our technicians

Delivery Inspection:

  • Customer must inspect equipment upon delivery
  • Report any damage immediately to delivery team
  • Sign delivery receipt only after inspection
  • Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours
